Raspberry Mango Popsicles
We love making these raspberry mango popsicles for hot summer days.
Another fun summer recipe are my orange sugar cookies!
These raspberry mango popsicles are not only delicious, but they have an added immunity booster!
During the summer, we love being outside as much as possible! Having popsicles while playing outside are one of my favorite childhood memories!
I wanted to make some popsicles for us to enjoy that weren’t loaded with sugar that were still yummy! Nothing better than cooling off with a refreshing popsicle, right?!
I decided to make some raspberry mango popsicles and add in some Maty’s Children’s Cough Syrup for an added immunity booster. The great thing about the cough syrup is that it doesn’t have to be taken only when you have a cough! It is loaded with whole food ingredients so it is a great way to add some immune boosting power to your diet!
These popsicles are a hit with Dominic plus myself and John Paul! You could definitely switch out the fruit to the fruit your family loves the best! We just love this flavor combo, it’s very tropical!
RASPBERRY MANGO POPSICLE INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen mango
1 can reduced fat coconut milk
1/4 cup Maty’s Children’s cough syrup
POPSICLE DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend until thoroughly combined
Optional: strain the mixture through a strainer if you don’t want any texture in the popsicles. I did not do this step as I like the texture
Pour into popsicles and add the sticks
Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or overnight
Remove from freezer when completely frozen and run under warm water for 30 seconds to help remove the popsicles
ENJOY!
These will be a go to for us this summer! Bonus that they have the immune booster in them as well!
Let me know you like them and if you try out different fruit combinations!
