5 Delicious Greek Yogurt Bowls

With the holidays coming to an end, I want to get back on track with eating healthier meals so I have been making these 5 delicious Greek yogurt bowls as my morning breakfast or as an afternoon pick me up!

These 5 Greek yogurt bowls are so delicious, easy to make, and use FAGE Total making them extra creamy!

During the holidays, I think everyone tends to overindulge a bit and then come the new year, it’s time to scale back and get back into some healthy habits.

John Paul and I have always loved having Greek yogurt for breakfast, especially FAGE Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt. It’s packed with protein and calcium so it’s the perfect way to start our days.

We have even replaced sour cream in recipes with FAGE Total to create a healthier meal. Personally, we love it better and you would never know! Tacos have never tasted so good ;)

FAGE Total is an all-natural Greek yogurt that is so creamy and delicious. There are no added sugars which is something we always look at when purchasing yogurts. We love that you can really add anything you like to it to create a different flavor profile each morning.

I have 5 delicious Greek yogurt bowl recipes to share that all include FAGE Total. Each are a bit different, but so yummy!

ORANGE PISTACHIO

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 clementine or orange broken into segments

  • handful of pistachios

  • 1 cup of FAGE Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

Directions:

  1. Place yogurt into bowl

  2. Top with clementine/orange pieces and sprinkle on pistachios

  3. ENJOY!

RASPBERRY HONEY

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 raspberries

  • 1 tbs honey

  • 1 cup of FAGE Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

Directions:

  1. Wash raspberries

  2. Place yogurt into bowl

  3. Top with raspberries and drizzle on the honey

  4. ENJOY!

BLUEBERRY GRANOLA

Ingredients:

  • a handful of blueberries

  • a handful of your favorite granola

  • 1 cup of FAGE Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

Directions:

  1. Wash blueberries

  2. Place yogurt into bowl

  3. Top with blueberries and granola

  4. ENJOY!

STRAWBERRY BANANA

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 of a banana

  • 2-3 strawberries

  • 1 tbs honey

  • 1 cup of FAGE Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

Directions:

  1. Wash strawberries and slice

  2. Slice banana

  3. Place yogurt into bowl

  4. Top with strawberries, banana, and drizzle the honey

  5. ENJOY!

PEANUT BUTTER YOGURT DIP

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbs your favorite peanut butter or any nut butter

  • 1 tbs honey

  • 1 cup of FAGE Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

  • Cinnamon for topping

  • Apple/banana/strawberries for dipping

Directions:

  1. Combine the nut butter, honey, and yogurt in a bowl

  2. Mix until all blended

  3. Top with a dash of cinnamon

  4. Cut up fruit of choice

  5. ENJOY!
